While there are many timer apps available, they are mostly glorified stopwatches. Toastmasters Speech Timer totally simplifies the task. While it's as easy to use as a stopwatch, it does a lot more. During a speach, when it's time to show the green, yellow or red light to a speaker, the app causes iphone screen to rapidly blink. The blinking screen is noticeable even if you're not directly looking at your iphone! So you can just enjoy the speach and no more constant shuffling your gaze from the speaker to the stopwatch! You'll know when it's time to signal the speaker! At the end of the meeting, there's a nice report laid out for you in a pleasant format. No more reading the scribbles off a scrap of paper. This app was designed by an experienced toastmaster and refined by testing in real Toastmaster meetings. it's a must-have app for any Toastmasters member!
